Trainee Sales Executive – London Central

If you are currently a Trainee Sales or Telesales Executive within the B2B sector that is now looking for structured training and development to move into a field based Sales Executive position; this is an exceptional opportunity to work for a global solutions provider.

They are currently running a Sales Academy which is an intensive program giving full training, mentoring and career development opportunities.

The Person

  • B2B sales experience within the technology sector
  • A self-starter, with an enthusiastic approach to work  
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Able to work at a high level with clients, with the ability to open opportunities to sell the full portfolio of service lines
  • Astute, process driven with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, building internal relationships to best utilize the expertise of relevant sector specialists

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experienced Sales Executive to work on a range of SMB accounts covering the region
  • With high level selling experience gained within a target-driven environment, you will manage and develop existing accounts within your designated territory to maximise sales growth
  • Identify and seize new business sales to achieve, or even exceed sales targets as well as utilise, maintain and develop the existing database to enhance growth even further
  • With outstanding business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; coupled with an exceptional track record within the technology industry, you will possess impressive presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, good time management skills and sound IT/PC literacy.

The Package

Package: £18,000-£23,000 + company car/car allowance

Commission: no threshold, 20% for existing business wins, 30% for new business, additional 10% once above target and completely uncapped. Sales bonuses and incentives.

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service, stakeholder pension scheme, sales incentives, health and life insurance + optional other benefits. Annual salary review and personal development plans.
