Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of clients in Central London, whilst actively seeking new business (50/50 split) - 8 service lines + uncapped commission

Commercial Sales Executive – London Central

A leading global solutions provider with a strong heritage in customer focused technical excellence and an equally strong passion for its corporate social responsibility.

Established as the largest technology and service provider of document solutions, combined with IT, Communication and Workplace Services, they use a five-phase approach to deliver all of their service lines.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to target the SME (up-to £150M turnover) sector in London Central. The position comes with an existing client base but will still require new business development.  

The Person

  • B2B sales experience within the technology sector
  • Experienced account manager, with the ability to maximise existing relationships whilst bringing on new business
  • A self-starter, with an enthusiastic approach to work  
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Able to work at a high level with clients, with the ability to open up opportunities to sell the full portfolio of service lines
  • Astute, process driven with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong communication skills up to CEO level, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, building internal relationships in order to best utilize the expertise of relevant sector specialists

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experienced Sales Executive to work on a range of Commercial accounts covering the region, 50/50 split between new business and account management
  • With high level selling experience gained within a target-driven environment, you will manage and develop existing accounts within your designated territory to maximise sales growth
  • Identify and seize new business sales to achieve, or even exceed sales targets as well as utilise, maintain and develop the existing database to enhance growth even further
  • With outstanding business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; coupled with an exceptional track record within the technology industry, you will possess impressive presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, good time management skills and sound IT/PC literacy.

The Package

Package: £20,000-£25,000 + company car/car allowance

Commission: no threshold, 20% for existing business wins, 30% for new business, additional 10% once above target and completely uncapped. Sales bonuses and incentives.
